About the role

Join Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation team in Thessaloniki as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors. You will work in a hybrid model, delivering high‑impact HR technology projects for leading clients while mentoring junior talent.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver international and multinational projects implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central.
• Lead and mentor junior consultants within the Human Capital HR Transformation team.
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve HR processes and integrate AI‑driven solutions.
• Act as a subject‑matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors in a hybrid working environment.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant or team leader.
• Strong interest in Human Capital technologies and process improvement.
• Ability to inspire and develop junior team members.
• Commitment to high standards, integrity and collaborative culture.
