About the role
Join Deloitte’s Technology & Transformation team in Thessaloniki as a Senior Consultant specializing in SAP SuccessFactors. You will work in a hybrid model, delivering high‑impact HR technology projects for leading clients while mentoring junior talent.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver international and multinational projects implementing SAP SuccessFactors modules, such as Employee Central.
- Lead and mentor junior consultants within the Human Capital HR Transformation team.
- Collaborate with cross‑functional teams to improve HR processes and integrate AI‑driven solutions.
- Act as a subject‑matter expert for SAP SuccessFactors in a hybrid working environment.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a senior SAP SuccessFactors consultant or team leader.
- Strong interest in Human Capital technologies and process improvement.
- Ability to inspire and develop junior team members.
- Commitment to high standards, integrity and collaborative culture.
