Legal Localization Project Manager

About the role

The Localization Project Manager (Legal) ensures successful planning, execution, tracking, delivery and closure of client localization projects. Working closely with clients to capture requirements, the manager coordinates global teams to meet quality, cost and schedule goals.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, scope, gather and validate requirements with clients and internal stakeholders.
• Allocate resources, manage schedules and monitor timeliness of delivery.
• Control project budgets, track costs and maintain profitability.
• Lead internal and external teams to execute and deliver projects on time.
• Identify risks, develop contingency plans and drive continuous improvement.
• Maintain client relationships and drive organic growth.

Required profile

• Proven project management experience in a fast‑paced, client‑centric environment, preferably in translation or localization.
• Strong knowledge of the translation industry, its technology, processes and emerging trends.
• Experience with CAT tools and financial/budget management.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and problem‑solving skills.
