Salesforce Consultant / Senior Consultant

About the role

Deloitte Digital is seeking enthusiastic Salesforce Consultants and Senior Consultants to join its dynamic team in Athens. You will work on high‑impact projects, helping clients across industries leverage Salesforce to improve customer relationships and streamline processes.

Key responsibilities

• Collaborate with clients to translate business objectives into Salesforce solutions using best‑practice methodologies.
• Document detailed business, functional and technical requirements and propose optimisations.
• Design, configure and implement enterprise‑scale cloud CRM solutions with declarative or low‑code tools.
• Set up Salesforce cloud products and integrate third‑party applications.
• Deploy solutions across test and production environments and manage day‑to‑day client requests.
• Support change management, user adoption and overall client relationship throughout the project lifecycle.
• Contribute to proposals, RFP responses, proof‑of‑concepts and demos.
• Stay current with Salesforce innovations and maintain relevant certifications.

Required profile

• University degree in a technical or business discipline.
• Strong interest in cloud technologies and business transformation.
• Ability to work effectively in cross‑functional and international teams.
• Excellent communication and analytical skills.
