Sales Trainer with English

About the role

The Sales Trainer will ensure new hires receive comprehensive, client‑specific onboarding and continuous coaching to boost sales performance and customer satisfaction. You will partner with internal and external stakeholders to design and deliver effective training programs that align with weekly, monthly and quarterly targets.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver client‑specific onboarding and ongoing training to new employees.
• Provide skills‑based coaching to help teams meet sales and performance targets.
• Develop and implement strategic sales plays based on data and customer experience trends.
• Measure and validate the quality and impact of training interventions.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to optimise sales processes and systems.
• Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of client products, customer interactions and market changes for training content.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience (preferred).
• 3+ years of experience in customer service, training or sales.
• Subject‑matter expertise and proven leadership within a peer group.
• Experience in high‑volume call environments.
• Strong communication skills and ability to present to varied audiences.

• Salesforce.com or similar CRM.
• Microsoft Office suite.
