Sales Representative – Point of Sale (TT)

About the role

As a TT Sales Representative you will be the front‑line champion for PepsiCo’s portfolio of food and beverage brands in the Patra area. You will build strong relationships with retailers, drive point‑of‑sale initiatives and help grow market share for iconic brands such as Pepsi, Lay’s, Quaker and Lipton.

Key responsibilities

  • Develop and maintain win‑win relationships with local retailers and stakeholders.
  • Execute sales plans, promotions and marketplace initiatives to maximise brand performance.
  • Collect and analyse sales data, turning insights into actionable business plans.
  • Collaborate closely with the Field Sales team to ensure targets are met and exceeded.
  • Identify new sales opportunities and act as an owner of the assigned territory.

Required profile

  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • 1–2 years of successful sales or consumer‑goods experience.
  • Strong passion for sales and ability to adapt communication style to different situations.
  • Demonstrated learning agility, empathy and resourcefulness.
