Junior Key Account Manager

About the role

PepsiCo is seeking a Junior Key Account Manager to support its global portfolio of iconic beverage and snack brands. In this role you will own the strategy and execution for assigned key accounts, driving sustainable growth, profitability and market‑share gains across all categories.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the key‑account agenda, including customer strategy, annual negotiations and best‑in‑class execution.
• Own the assigned portfolio P&L, managing net revenue, profitability and investment efficiency.
• Define and implement long‑term customer strategies aligned with company priorities and market dynamics.
• Lead annual commercial negotiations with full accountability for agreements and outcomes.
• Ensure in‑store execution aligns with brand and trade‑marketing plans.
• Maintain forecast accuracy and demand planning at the customer level (volume, net revenue, budget).
• Track performance through KPIs such as net revenue, gross profit %, NOPBT %, and smart rate.
• Collaborate cross‑functionally to deliver a unified “one number” mindset.
• Ensure compliance with commercial, legal and credit policies and manage contract exposure.
