Sales Representative – Athens (Consumer Products)

About the role

FARCOM S.A., a leading Greek cosmetics manufacturer, is looking for a Sales Representative to join its Consumer Products Sales Department in Athens. The role focuses on expanding the company’s presence in Southern Greece and building strong relationships with retail partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and manage the company’s customer portfolio within the assigned territory.
• Implement the commercial and sales strategy defined by the company.
• Ensure strong product visibility and availability across assigned retail outlets.
• Negotiate with customers and maintain long‑term business relationships in line with company policy.
• Prepare and present reports, market insights, and proposals related to the territory.

Required profile

• Previous experience in a sales position within consumer goods or cosmetics, preferably FMCG or traditional retail.
• University degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales or a related field.
• Good command of English.
• Valid driving licence and willingness to travel as required.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
