Sales Assistant

About the role

Enny Monaco is seeking a motivated, customer‑oriented Sales Assistant to join its boutique in Kifisia, Athens. You will play a key part in delivering a welcoming and memorable experience for every client while supporting the store’s sales objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and assist customers throughout the store.
• Identify customer needs and recommend suitable fashion and luxury products.
• Achieve personal and team sales targets.
• Develop strong relationships with clients and support cross‑selling.
• Maintain attractive store presentation and product displays.
• Assist with daily store operations, stock handling and visual merchandising.
• Collaborate with the team to meet business goals.
• Represent the Enny Monaco brand professionally at all times.

Required profile

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred.
• Strong interest in fashion and luxury goods.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Customer‑focused attitude with a professional appearance.
• Fluent in Greek and English; additional languages are a plus.
• Basic computer literacy.
