Sales Manager – Hospitality

About the role

NUMO Hotels & Resorts is seeking a dynamic Sales Manager to join its head office in Athens. Reporting to the Director of Sales, you will drive revenue growth across the group’s portfolio by building and nurturing relationships with key commercial partners.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with tour operators, travel agencies, corporate accounts and other strategic partners.
• Negotiate and administer commercial agreements and annual contracts, ensuring compliance with terms.
• Prepare sales proposals, commercial reports, production analyses and market performance updates.
• Execute the approved sales strategy and action plans across target source markets.
• Travel regularly to domestic and international markets to conduct sales calls, attend exhibitions, trade fairs and networking events.
• Represent NUMO Hotels & Resorts at international travel exhibitions, roadshows and familiarisation trips.
• Organise hotel site inspections, client presentations and familiarisation visits for existing and prospective partners.
• Follow up on sales leads, respond promptly to enquiries and maintain high service standards throughout the sales process.
• Maintain accurate records of contracts, sales activities and client correspondence.
• Collaborate with Revenue, Marketing, Reservations and Operations teams to optimise business mix and maximise RevPAR.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and booking patterns, providing commercial recommendations.

Required profile

• Degree in Hospitality or Tourism.
