Sales Consultant - Car Leasing

About the role

FlexCar, a fast-growing car leasing company operating in Greece, Italy, Cyprus and Mexico, is looking for a Sales Consultant to join its Athens office. The Sales Representative develops the company's clientele and takes an active part in maximising the sales conversion rate: approaching and talking to clients, answering their questions, negotiating agreements and meeting their needs.

Key responsibilities

• Grow the existing customer base and meet monthly sales goals.
• Communicate directly with customers about incoming requests to close deals and build strong, trusting relationships.
• Help organise and execute processes that serve customers quickly and well.
• Know the offering thoroughly and give clients detailed, accurate information.
• Support the sales team internally so it runs at full capacity.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of experience in sales (ideally phone sales).
• Exceptional interpersonal skills and the ability to coordinate many tasks with a wide range of stakeholders in a startup environment.
• Passion for closing deals, a strong work ethic and a can-do attitude.
• Customer-first mindset and proven commitment to work.
• Ability to act independently, solve problems alone and go the extra mile for customers.
• Ideally an automotive enthusiast.
