Sales Executive – Hospitality

About the role

We are looking for a proactive Sales Executive to join our leading hotel group. The role focuses on business development, managing relationships with travel agents and distribution partners, and driving revenue growth across our portfolio of hotel apartments.

Key responsibilities

• Engage regularly with travel agents and distribution partners via phone and in‑person meetings.
• Track market pricing of hotel apartments and share market intelligence internally.
• Develop and implement tailored business development strategies for key accounts.
• Collaborate with the Managing Director to identify leads, negotiate rates, and expand the customer base.
• Collect and analyse market feedback to advise on strategic improvements.
• Distribute special offers, promotional materials and generate B2B leads.
• Ensure compliance with internal policies for long‑term guest agreements, invoicing and billing.

Required profile

• University degree in Tourism, Hospitality Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in hospitality sales.
• Strong project‑management abilities and creativity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• In‑depth knowledge of the hospitality sector, e‑commerce and lifestyle trends.
• Fluency in English; additional languages are a plus.

• Proficiency in MS Office.
