Revenue & Reservations Manager

About the role

President Hotel, one of Athens' largest hotels with 513 rooms, a rooftop restaurant, pool and extensive conference facilities, is seeking a Revenue & Reservations Manager. The role will lead the hotel's pricing, yield strategy and distribution across all channels.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement day‑by‑day pricing and yield strategies by room type, market segment and distribution channel.
• Manage room availability, restrictions and inventory to maximise ADR, occupancy, RevPAR and total revenue.
• Prepare daily, monthly and annual forecasts and contribute to the annual budgeting process.
• Analyse historical performance, booking pace, demand patterns and market trends to drive commercial decisions.
• Monitor competitors through rate shopping, STR and other market intelligence tools.
• Optimise distribution across OTAs, GDS and direct booking channels while controlling distribution costs.
• Collaborate with Sales on group, corporate and MICE business, including pricing strategy and displacement analysis.
• Lead the Reservations team, ensuring efficient operations and high service standards.

Required profile

• 5+ years of revenue management experience, preferably in a large city hotel with 200+ rooms.
• Previous reservations experience and strong commercial understanding of pricing, forecasting, yield management and distribution.
• Degree in Hospitality/Tourism Management, Economics, Business Administration or related field.
• Excellent command of Greek and English; additional language is a plus.
• Revenue Management certification (e.g., eCornell, HSMAI) is desirable.

Required skills

• Proficiency with PMS, RMS, Channel Manager and BI systems.
• Experience with OTA extranets, GDS and payment gateway platforms.
• Advanced Microsoft Excel skills, including pivot tables, lookups and forecasting models.
