Sales Development Representative – Dutch Speaking

About the role

We are seeking a Dutch‑speaking Sales Development Representative to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role is hybrid, with an initial on‑site period followed by a mix of office and remote work. You will be the first point of contact with prospects, driving inbound and outbound B2B sales activities.

Key responsibilities

• Manage high‑volume inbound and outbound B2B sales activities across all funnel stages.
• Engage prospects daily via video calls, phone, email and social media, with video meetings as the core activity.
• Identify and approach alternative decision‑makers using various lead‑generation tools.
• Build, manage and maintain a healthy sales pipeline.
• Qualify leads and hand over high‑quality opportunities to the onboarding team.
• Track and report daily, monthly and quarterly KPIs in line with sales targets.
• Ensure adherence to response‑time SLAs and defined sales cadences.
• Document all interactions accurately in the CRM system.

Required profile

• Native or fluent Dutch with at least B2 level English.
• 1‑2 years of experience in sales, lead generation or business development.
• Experience in a tech or digital advertising environment is strongly preferred.
• Strong understanding of sales funnels, lead qualification and outreach strategies.
• Comfortable conducting client‑facing video calls daily.
• Ability to work independently in a fast‑paced, performance‑driven environment.

Required skills

• Experience with CRM systems, preferably Salesforce or similar.
