Graduate Strategy Associate

About the role

Join PwC Greece’s Strategy team as a Graduate Associate, helping clients turn uncertainty into opportunity. You will work on high‑impact projects, collaborate with top dealmakers and gain exposure to the most challenging business issues.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse complex problems and develop strategic solutions for leading organisations.
• Support senior consultants on deal‑making and advisory engagements.
• Participate in diverse project teams, contributing to research, modelling and presentation work.
• Leverage global expertise and local market knowledge to deliver client value.
• Continuously develop consulting skills through training and mentorship.

Required profile

• Excellent academic record (Bachelor’s and/or Master’s) from a Greek or foreign university.
• Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure complex problems.
• Self‑driven, curious and motivated to make an impact.
• Effective teamwork and inclusive collaboration across all organisational levels.
• Fluent verbal and written communication in both Greek and English.
