Guess, a leader in the global fashion industry, is looking for a Sales Assistant for its Golden Hall store in Marousi. The role is part-time and focuses on promoting merchandise and delivering quality customer service professionally, while capitalising on upselling opportunities at the point of sale.

Key responsibilities

• Promote the sale of merchandise and deliver quality customer service in all situations.
• Identify sale opportunities with customers and upsell items or services at the point of service.
• Ensure excellent sales service to keep customer satisfaction high and drive sales.
• Look for innovative ways to improve the customer experience.
• Understand customers' needs and the latest industry news and trends.
• Make sure the brand's image is always portrayed positively.

Required profile

• Candidates without prior experience are strongly encouraged to apply, as training will be provided.
• Proven experience as a Retail Sales Associate or Brand Promoter is advantageous.
• Willingness to work retail hours, including weekends and public holidays.
• Sales-driven, result-oriented person with a passion for customer service and fashion.
• Pleasant personality with excellent communication skills with customers and staff.
• Must be a Greek citizen.
