Sales & Account Manager – Hospitality SaaS (Greece)

About the role

Cleedee, an AI‑powered recruitment platform for the hospitality sector, is launching in Greece and seeks a Sales & Account Manager to build and run its commercial engine. You will own the full sales cycle, develop new business and grow existing hotel and restaurant accounts while supporting the recruitment marketplace.

Key responsibilities

• Manage inbound sales leads from initial contact through contract signing.
• Identify, prospect and pitch hospitality businesses across Greece that match Cleedee’s ideal customer profile.
• Maintain and expand relationships with existing clients, driving upsell and cross‑sell opportunities and reducing churn.
• Assist with candidate matching, screening and coordination to ensure smooth placements for clients.
• Track pipeline health, conversion rates and account growth, providing insights for pricing and product priorities.
• Represent Cleedee in person with hospitality decision‑makers, building trust and visibility in the market.

Required profile

• 2+ years of experience in sales, account management or business development, preferably in B2B SaaS, marketplace or hospitality‑related environments.
• Proven record of closing deals and managing a sales pipeline end‑to‑end.
• Comfortable with both new‑business hunting and existing‑account farming.
• Strong communication skills and ability to build trust quickly with SME and hospitality owners.
• Highly organized, self‑directed and able to work without a scripted playbook.
