Road Freight Operator

About the role

OB Streem is seeking a motivated Road Freight Operator to manage end‑to‑end road freight shipments in Elefsina. You will ensure that import and export operations are executed on time, cost‑effectively, and in full compliance with regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Verify documentation and shipment details to guarantee readiness for road freight import/export.
• Coordinate bookings with trucking companies, agents, and correspondents, providing accurate delivery instructions.
• Prepare and load notes, generate delivery orders, and maintain accurate records in the Orian ERP system.
• Issue and manage invoices related to road freight shipments.

Required profile

• High school diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong communication skills in Greek and English, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment.
• Team‑oriented mindset with a collaborative approach.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Orian ERP (preferred).
• Advanced MS Office skills.
