Retail Sales Associate – Empoli Outlet (Nea Ionia)

About the role

MMShowroom is seeking an enthusiastic Retail Sales Associate to join the team at the Empoli Outlet in Nea Ionia. In this full‑time position you will deliver exceptional customer service, meet sales targets and help create memorable shopping experiences for visitors of our fashion jewellery and accessories brands.

Key responsibilities

• Greet customers, understand their needs and recommend suitable products.
• Achieve individual and store sales goals through product knowledge and proactive engagement.
• Maintain visual merchandising standards and ensure attractive product presentation.
• Receive, replenish and organise stock following company procedures.
• Keep the store clean, tidy and aligned with brand image.
• Support promotional campaigns, seasonal launches and other store activities.
• Collaborate with colleagues to ensure smooth daily operations.

Required profile

• Previous experience in retail sales, customer service, fashion, jewellery, accessories or cosmetics.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Passion for fashion, jewellery and contemporary brands.
• Positive attitude, enthusiasm and professionalism.
• Ability to work effectively in a team and handle multiple tasks.
• Good command of Greek and English.
• Flexibility to work retail hours, including weekends.

Required skills

• Basic computer skills.
• Familiarity with retail systems.
