About the role

Four Seasons Astir Palace Hotel Athens is seeking an experienced Restaurant Manager to lead the Kyma Pool & Beach outlet. This vibrant seaside venue offers an all‑day Mediterranean dining experience, and the manager will be responsible for delivering exceptional guest service in a luxury setting.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee daily operations of the Kyma Pool & Beach restaurant.
• Ensure consistent, high‑quality guest experiences.
• Lead, coach, and develop a high‑performing front‑of‑house team.
• Collaborate with the Director of Outlets, Culinary, Stewarding and other departments.
• Drive service excellence, operational efficiency and financial performance.

Required profile

• Proven experience in restaurant management within a luxury hospitality environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑development abilities.
• Ability to work cross‑functionally with culinary, stewarding and outlet leadership.
• Commitment to delivering the high standards expected by Four Seasons guests.
