About the role
Centauro Rent a Car is seeking a proactive Rental Agent to join its new office at Kefalonia Airport. You will be the first point of contact for national and international customers, handling vehicle rentals and providing exceptional service.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver outstanding customer service to all clients.
- Manage bookings and prepare rental contracts for the vehicle fleet.
- Advise customers and sell additional products based on their needs.
- Process invoices and payments.
- Conduct vehicle check‑in and check‑out procedures.
Required profile
- Previous experience in customer service or sales.
- Advanced level of English.
- Willingness to work rotating shifts, six days a week, including weekends.
- Valid driving licence.
