Regional Digital & Social Media Coordinator

About the role

We are looking for a Regional Digital & Social Media Coordinator to join our headquarters in Athens. You will support the day‑to‑day social media and digital coordination for selected Paradox Museum markets while helping manage the HQ social media presence.

Key responsibilities

• Support local teams with social media planning, content calendars and campaign alignment.
• Coordinate influencer activity, track deliverables, collect links and monitor performance.
• Prepare monthly digital performance reports across selected markets.
• Manage HQ social media channels on a daily basis.
• Coordinate content, assets and campaign materials between HQ, local teams and agencies.
• Ensure brand consistency across social media and digital communication.
• Assist regional marketing projects, campaign rollouts and follow‑ups as needed.

Required profile

• 2–4 years of experience in social media, digital marketing or marketing coordination.
• Good understanding of Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and LinkedIn.
• Comfortable working with content calendars, social media tools and performance reports.
• Strong organisational skills, attention to detail and excellent written and verbal English.
• Proactive, structured and able to follow up with multiple stakeholders in a fast‑paced, international environment.
