The Recruitment Services team at kariera.gr is seeking a passionate Recruitment Consultant to connect talent with opportunities. You will build professional relationships, support hiring outcomes, and develop your expertise in talent acquisition.

Key responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging job ads across job boards, social media, and professional networks.
• Source, approach, and screen candidates using recruitment platforms, networking, and direct‑search techniques.
• Conduct interviews, assess skills and cultural fit, and prepare qualified shortlists for clients.
• Maintain accurate candidate records using the company’s digital tools.
• Provide a positive candidate experience by offering interview preparation, timely feedback, and guidance throughout the process.

Required profile

• 1–2 years of experience in recruitment, HR, customer service, or sales.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Proactive, results‑oriented, and energetic personality.
• Fluency in Greek and good command of English.
