Recruitment Associate – Bilingual French/English (Client Service)

About the role

The Client Service team at Guidepoint connects clients with subject‑matter experts to inform business decisions. As a Recruitment Associate you will support this process by identifying and recruiting new experts for the firm’s network, while working in a bilingual French‑English environment.

Key responsibilities

• Source potential experts using LinkedIn, press releases, case studies and other online resources.
• Screen and evaluate experts to ensure suitability for specific client projects.
• Invite qualified experts to join Guidepoint’s advisor network.
• Collaborate with Project Managers and colleagues in London and Dusseldorf to develop recruitment strategies.
• Maintain accurate records of expert profiles and client interactions.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree.
• Previous internship, volunteer work or extracurricular experience.
• Fluency in both English and French.
• Strong time‑management and organizational abilities.
• Outgoing personality comfortable speaking with professionals at all levels.

Required skills

• Ability to work in a fast‑paced, KPI‑driven sales or lead‑generation environment.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
