Recruiter and Interviewer (Remote, Greece)

About the role

This fully remote position supports a global organization in identifying and selecting talented professionals. Based in Greece, you will lead video interviews and role‑playing assessments, ensuring candidates meet the required skills and cultural fit.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct multiple video interviews each day across a variety of positions, delivering a professional candidate experience.
• Lead structured role‑playing calls and practical assessments to evaluate real‑time communication, problem‑solving, and role‑specific abilities.
• Review and understand each open position to pinpoint required skills, experience, and behavioral traits.
• Assess candidates for professionalism, growth mindset, interpersonal abilities, and alignment with organizational expectations.
• Maintain accurate interview notes, evaluations, and feedback within the applicant tracking system.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify role requirements and refine selection criteria.

Required profile

• Fluent English with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Previous experience in recruiting, interviewing, talent acquisition, or candidate assessment, preferably in a fast‑paced or remote environment.
• Strong on‑camera presence and confidence conducting frequent video interviews.
• Highly organized, detail‑oriented, and able to manage multiple interviews efficiently.
• Self‑motivated to work independently while maintaining punctuality and responsiveness during agreed working hours.
• Reliable high‑speed internet connection, quality camera, and professional microphone.
