HR Generalist (Hybrid) – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a motivated HR Generalist to join our team in Athens. The role offers a hybrid working model and the chance to develop expertise across recruitment, employee lifecycle, and people operations.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end recruitment and selection for internal hires and client projects.
• Coordinate onboarding and off‑boarding activities to ensure a positive employee experience.
• Manage employee lifecycle administration, maintaining accurate personnel records and HR documentation.
• Handle employment‑related processes using ERGANI and internal HR systems.
• Assist in ensuring compliance with Greek labour legislation and internal HR policies.
• Support compensation & benefits processes and performance management initiatives.
• Contribute to people analytics, HR reporting, employer branding and employee engagement activities.
• Collaborate with managers and internal stakeholders on day‑to‑day HR operations.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in HR administration, operations or recruitment.
• Experience in candidate screening and basic knowledge of Greek labour law.
• Familiarity with ERGANI and employee lifecycle processes.
• Strong organizational, communication and confidentiality skills.
• Very good command of English, both written and spoken.

Required skills

• Proficiency with HRIS platforms (e.g., SoftOne).
• Experience using ERGANI for employment processes.
