Receptionist

About the role

As a Receptionist at Luura, you are the first and lasting impression of our luxury property. You will welcome guests, ensure smooth check‑in and check‑out processes, and act as the central hub connecting visitors with our hotel teams.

Key responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and manage efficient check‑in and check‑out procedures.
• Serve as the primary point of contact for guest inquiries, requests, and concerns, resolving issues promptly.
• Maintain detailed knowledge of hotel facilities, dining concepts, and local attractions to provide accurate recommendations.
• Accurately manage reservations, room assignments, and billing using the property management system.
• Handle special requests, VIP arrangements, and personalized guest preferences.
• Coordinate with housekeeping, concierge, food & beverage, and other departments to meet guest needs.
• Monitor and respond to guest feedback, escalating issues when necessary.
• Uphold Luura’s standards, SOPs, and brand image through professional appearance and communication.
• Support guest satisfaction metrics, service recovery initiatives, loyalty programs, and special events.
• Notify the manager of any shift‑related issues and take immediate action to protect the guest experience.
