React Developer (Athens or Thessaloniki – Hybrid)

About the role

Join Accenture Strategy & Consulting – Data & AI as a Front‑end Developer, working on high‑performance, responsive applications that integrate with back‑end services such as Data Science, AI, and IoT. The role is based in Athens or Thessaloniki with a hybrid working model, collaborating with cross‑functional teams to deliver tech‑enabled transformation for global clients.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build, and maintain responsive web and mobile front‑end applications using React.js.
• Participate in daily scrums, translate user stories into high‑quality code, and commit changes to the repository.
• Implement unit tests and ensure code quality through automated testing frameworks.
• Integrate front‑end components with REST APIs and asynchronous data flows.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to turn wireframes into functional interfaces.
• Contribute to performance optimization, accessibility compliance, and continuous delivery pipelines.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field.
• Hands‑on experience developing with React.js and modern HTML/CSS.
• Strong understanding of component‑based architecture, state management (e.g., Redux), and responsive design principles.
• Familiarity with REST API integration, asynchronous data handling, and web performance best practices.
• Ability to work effectively in a team, communicate technical concepts, and adapt to fast‑changing project needs.
