QA/QC Inspector

About the role

APIVITA, a member of the Puig Group and a manufacturer of natural, effective and sustainable beauty solutions inspired by bees and Greek biodiversity, is looking for a QA/QC Inspector in Markopoulo. The inspector inspects, samples and controls the quality of raw materials, packaging materials and finished products, ensuring compliance with GMP standards and company quality requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Sample raw materials, packaging materials and finished products according to approved procedures at internal and external warehouses.
• Inspect materials at internal and external warehouses.
• Identify and document quality issues, deviations and non-conformities.
• Verify the status and location of released, quarantined and blocked materials and products.
• Monitor storage conditions and report any deviations.
• Take part in in-process quality controls during manufacturing and packaging.
• Support quality investigations, complaint management and continuous improvement.
• Ensure compliance with GMP requirements and quality procedures.

Required profile

• Previous experience in Quality Assurance, Quality Control, Warehousing or a manufacturing environment.
• BSc in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Pharmacy, Food Science or a related scientific field is an asset.
• Working knowledge of English.
• Valid driving licence.

Required skills

• Good understanding of GMP principles and quality systems.
• Strong attention to detail, organisational skills, communication and problem-solving abilities.
• Computer literacy; SAP and Microsoft Office knowledge is an asset.
