Property Manager – Luxury Portfolio (Athens, Greece)

About the role

Leaman Consulting is seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a luxury rental portfolio along Greece’s Riviera. Based in Athens, you will work closely with the London office and serve high‑net‑worth (HNW) and ultra‑high‑net‑worth (UHNW) clients, ensuring the highest standards of service and property presentation.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of high‑end long‑term rentals, maintaining occupancy and tenant satisfaction.
• Source new luxury properties, liaise with architects, designers and contractors.
• Develop and execute marketing and advertising strategies for premium rentals.
• Prepare, negotiate and oversee lease agreements and contract documentation.
• Build and maintain relationships with international HNW clientele.

Required profile

• Resident in Greece with a proven senior‑level background in luxury property management.
• Strong understanding of leasehold agreements and high‑end rental standards.
• Excellent written and spoken English, with an international outlook.
• Highly organised, detail‑oriented and able to represent the brand to discerning clients.

• Fluent English (written and spoken).
