Project Manager – Industrial Dismantling (Thessaloniki)

About the role

The Project Manager will lead end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of industrial dismantling projects in a high‑demand, safety‑critical environment. Based in Thessaloniki, the role coordinates multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, engineers and consultants to ensure projects meet scope, schedule, budget, quality and HSE requirements.

Key responsibilities

• Take overall accountability for end‑to‑end planning, execution and delivery of industrial dismantling projects, ensuring scope, schedule, budget, quality and contractual compliance.
• Lead multidisciplinary teams, subcontractors, engineers and consultants on‑site, coordinating sequencing of works, resource allocation and resolution of technical and logistical challenges.
• Monitor performance against milestones, implement corrective actions, and provide clear progress reporting to management and the client.
• Manage project budget, cost control, forecasting, procurement, variations, change orders and progress payments.
• Ensure full compliance with health, safety, quality, environmental and regulatory requirements, fostering a safety‑first culture.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Civil, Mechanical, Electrical or related engineering discipline.
• Minimum 10 years of on‑site project management experience on large‑scale, technically complex industrial projects.
• Proven ability to lead multidisciplinary teams and subcontractors in demanding environments.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving, risk‑management and decision‑making capabilities.
• Fluency in written and spoken Greek and English.

Required skills

• Project planning and scheduling tools (MS Project and/or Primavera).
• Budget management and cost‑control techniques.
• Contract administration, including variations, claims and change management.
• Health, safety, quality and environmental (HSQE) compliance for industrial projects.
