CNC Machine Operator – Router & Laser

About the role

We are seeking an experienced CNC Machine Operator to join our production team at Intelligent Entertainment. You will operate CNC routers and laser cutting machines, turning graphic artwork into precise technical drawings and machine‑ready files for our indoor entertainment attractions.

Key responsibilities

• Set up and run CNC routers and laser cutters to produce components for escape rooms, mini‑golf courses and other attractions.
• Convert supplied artwork into accurate technical drawings, checking dimensions, scale and material suitability.
• Use ArtCAM to create cutting layouts, toolpaths and adjust machining settings for each job.
• Create basic patterns and drawings for simple components such as individual mini‑golf holes.
• Collaborate with graphic designers and the production team to resolve specifications and practical issues.
• Inspect finished parts for tolerances and quality, performing adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine cleaning, maintenance and troubleshooting of machinery.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience operating CNC routers and/or laser machines.
• Proficiency with ArtCAM and CAD/CAM file preparation for CNC production.
• Ability to read and produce technical drawings, work accurately with measurements and tolerances.
• Understanding of woodworking processes and safe use of power tools.
• Strong attention to detail, problem‑solving skills and a responsible approach to workshop safety.
