Project Manager – Enterprise Fixed Services

About the role

Lead projects delivering enterprise fixed services such as SD‑WAN, IP VPN, leased lines, Internet access and Fixed Voice for corporate and public‑sector customers, ensuring compliance with contract specifications and timelines.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate all activities required for on‑time delivery of services to enterprise customers.
• Maintain end‑to‑end alignment and information flow among technical and commercial stakeholders.
• Liaise with customers to organise technical implementation and keep them informed of project status.
• Combine technologies with customer needs to implement cost‑effective solutions and propose alternatives in challenging situations.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing technical project implementations within a matrix environment.
• Minimum two years of experience coordinating complex projects.
• Strong analytical, problem‑solving and decision‑making abilities.
• Excellent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• SD‑WAN, IP VPN, Fixed Wireless Access (FWA) and Internet Feed services.
• Routers, switches, firewalls and PBX equipment.
• Fundamental networking knowledge.
