Project Director – Complex Industrial Building Projects

About the role

The Project Director will be responsible for the full technical, financial, and contractual performance of major design‑and‑build projects, providing strategic oversight, strong leadership, and coordination of multidisciplinary specialist teams.

Key responsibilities

• Define project objectives (quality, cost, timeline, safety) and implement management frameworks such as quality plans and contract governance.
• Structure and lead the project team, assign roles and responsibilities, and foster a collaborative work environment.
• Monitor project progress, schedule, budget, and risks, and report to steering committees.
• Ensure compliance with contractual obligations and regulatory requirements throughout the project lifecycle.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships and represent the company to external stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement of project management practices and support internal transformation.

Required profile

• Degree in Electrical, Mechanical, or Civil Engineering.
• More than 5 years of experience managing complex, multidisciplinary industrial building projects.
• Proven leadership skills with the ability to coordinate large‑scale project teams.
• Strong analytical capabilities, including risk and opportunity assessment.
• Experience in international projects and fluency in Greek and English.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
