Product Owner - AI Conversational Bot

About the role

Geekbot builds an AI conversational assistant for teams worldwide, helping them communicate, organise their work and visualise their status. It is looking for a Product Owner to help create the next generation of AI conversation bots. The role starts with a 3-month onboarding at the office in Thessaloniki, followed by a hybrid working model.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and understand business requirements, identify the user pain behind them and propose solutions.
• Write and prioritise 1-pagers and PRDs, and keep a clear, actionable backlog.
• Collaborate with Business, Operations and PED (product, engineering, design) on vision and roadmap.
• Balance new features with tech improvements and tech debt, keeping delivery Agile.
• Collect and analyse feedback and data, run UAT/TOL, sign off before shipping and maintain product documentation (Confluence, user flows and journeys).

Required profile

• Fluent in English, with 3+ years of experience.
• Experience in Agile product delivery and BDD.
• Ability to write PRDs and user stories and to map out roadmaps from concept to launch.
• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Uses data to validate goals and iterate, with a strong eye for UI/UX.

Nice to have

• Previous experience in SaaS environments (5+ years).
• SAFe, Scrum and Kanban.
• Confluence and analytics tools such as SQL and BI.
