Product Manager - PMO / Transformation

About the role

Antenna Group, an international content, media and entertainment organization, is looking for a Product Manager to join its PMO office. The role takes ownership of a portfolio of internal platforms and tools supporting the Group's transformation agenda, combining business coordination with hands-on technical involvement such as vendor management, data mapping and workflow configuration.

Key responsibilities

• Own the roadmap and lifecycle of a portfolio of internal tools and platforms, prioritizing by business needs
• Act as main contact with technology vendors: attend meetings, review technical specs and negotiate scope and timelines
• Map existing data flows, systems and integrations to find gaps and improvement opportunities
• Translate business requirements into clear technical specifications for vendors or internal teams
• Configure or build workflows and automations where feasible (e.g. low-code platforms, workflow engines)
• Manage the technical build of the product and features with developers and tools
• Coordinate cross-functional stakeholders so tools meet evolving business needs
• Set KPIs, track performance, adoption and issues, and manage a backlog of enhancements
• Support broader PMO transformation initiatives as needed

Required profile

• 3-6 years of experience in product management, business/systems analysis or technical project management
• Demonstrated experience working directly with software vendors
• Experience managing multiple platforms or tools at once
• Fluency in Greek and English, written and spoken

Required skills

• Solid understanding of technology and systems, hands-on with automation and AI tools
• Data and systems mapping (process flows, integration architecture, data lineage)
• Ability to turn a business problem into a technical solution, including architecture and UX flows
• Analytical skills and strong stakeholder management and communication
