About the role

LALIZAS, a leading manufacturer of marine safety equipment with a presence in over 130 countries, is looking for a Procurement Administrator who is fluent in Italian. The role will support supplier communication worldwide and manage the full purchase order cycle, contributing to the company’s high-quality product delivery.

Key responsibilities

  • Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide.
  • Start and follow up the purchase order cycle, from issuance to receipt.
  • Create and handle a wide range of reports.
  • Coordinate inter-departmental liaison to ensure consistency in purchase order reconciliation.
  • Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Prepare reports and statistics related to the purchasing function.

Required profile

  • Higher diploma, preferably with a financial focus.
  • Excellent knowledge of English.
  • Good knowledge of Italian.
  • Strong organizational and communication abilities.
  • Previous experience in a similar procurement position is appreciated.

Required skills

  • Advanced Excel proficiency.
  • Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
