About the role
LALIZAS, a leading manufacturer of marine safety equipment with a presence in over 130 countries, is looking for a Procurement Administrator who is fluent in Italian. The role will support supplier communication worldwide and manage the full purchase order cycle, contributing to the company’s high-quality product delivery.
Key responsibilities
- Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide.
- Start and follow up the purchase order cycle, from issuance to receipt.
- Create and handle a wide range of reports.
- Coordinate inter-departmental liaison to ensure consistency in purchase order reconciliation.
- Build and maintain strong business relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
- Prepare reports and statistics related to the purchasing function.
Required profile
- Higher diploma, preferably with a financial focus.
- Excellent knowledge of English.
- Good knowledge of Italian.
- Strong organizational and communication abilities.
- Previous experience in a similar procurement position is appreciated.
Required skills
- Advanced Excel proficiency.
- Knowledge of SAP (desirable).
