Procurement Administrator (Italian Speaker)

About the role

LALIZAS, a leading marine equipment manufacturer with a presence in over 130 countries, is seeking a Procurement Administrator who is fluent in Italian. The role supports the purchasing function by managing supplier interactions and ensuring smooth order processing.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide.
• Initiate, track, and close purchase orders from issuance to receipt.
• Create, handle, and distribute a wide range of purchasing reports.
• Liaise with internal departments to reconcile purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare statistics and reports related to the purchasing function.

Required profile

• Higher diploma, preferably with a financial focus.
• Excellent command of English and good command of Italian.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar procurement or administrative role is valued.

Required skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office suite.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP.
