Procurement Administrator – Italian Speaker

About the role

LALIZAS, a leading manufacturer of marine safety equipment, is looking for a Procurement Administrator who is fluent in Italian. The role supports the global purchasing function, ensuring smooth order processing and strong supplier relationships.

Key responsibilities

• Communicate and cooperate with suppliers worldwide.
• Initiate, monitor and close purchase orders from issuance to receipt.
• Create, manage and distribute a variety of purchasing reports.
• Coordinate with internal departments to reconcile purchase orders.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with internal and external stakeholders.
• Prepare statistics and reports related to the purchasing function.

Required profile

• Higher diploma, preferably with a financial focus.
• Excellent command of English and good command of Italian.
• Strong organizational and communication abilities.
• Previous experience in a similar procurement role is a plus.
• Desirable knowledge of SAP.

Required skills

• Microsoft Excel (advanced proficiency).
• SAP (basic or intermediate knowledge).
