Primary School Teacher

About the role

The Primary School Teacher will plan, deliver, and assess high‑quality learning experiences for primary students, fostering academic, social, emotional, and personal development in a safe, inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and oversee the primary academic program and curriculum.
• Coordinate, mentor, and evaluate the primary teaching team, leading pedagogical meetings.
• Monitor students’ academic, social, and emotional progress and implement support strategies.
• Maintain effective communication with parents, participate in meetings, and address concerns.
• Prepare academic and performance reports, coordinate timetables, assessments, and ensure compliance with policies and regulations.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Primary Education or a related field.
• Valid teaching certification or license as required by local regulations.
• Minimum required years of teaching experience in Primary Education.
• Experience in bilingual or international schools is an advantage.
• Strong classroom management and instructional skills.
• Sound knowledge of child development.
