Polish-speaking Ad Sales Specialist – Athens

About the role

We are seeking a Polish‑speaking Ad Sales Specialist to join a leading Outsourcing/BPO company in Athens. The role involves managing client relationships, driving advertising sales, and optimizing digital campaigns for B2B customers.

Key responsibilities

• Engage existing clients via phone, chat, and email in a professional, consultative manner.
• Handle inbound warm leads and conduct outbound outreach with timely follow‑up.
• Identify sales opportunities and propose tailored advertising solutions based on client needs.
• Analyse, optimise, and manage digital marketing campaigns to improve performance.
• Monitor campaign metrics and proactively recommend optimisation actions.
• Support clients in maximising the effectiveness of advertising products and services.
• Escalate complex issues to specialists or support teams when required.
• Deliver excellent customer experience while meeting sales and performance targets.

Required profile

• Native or near‑native Polish speaker with fluent English (minimum B2 level).
• At least 1 year of B2B sales experience.
• Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation abilities.
• Commercial mindset with solid business acumen.
• Goal‑oriented, able to work towards KPIs and targets.
• Tech‑savvy with good IT literacy and interest in digital technologies.
• Strong problem‑solving and analytical skills.
• Ability to multitask, prioritise workload, and adapt quickly.
• Self‑driven, capable of working independently and within a team.
