Customer Success Manager

About the role

DeepSea is looking for a Customer Success Manager to own the end‑to‑end relationship with a portfolio of shipping companies and charterers. You will guide customers from trial and onboarding through adoption, value realisation and account development, ensuring they extract measurable benefits from DeepSea’s AI‑driven optimisation platform.

Key responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of customers throughout their journey, from concept deployment to renewal and growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with technical users, operational teams and decision‑makers.
• Educate customers on DeepSea’s products, AI‑driven vessel performance and voyage automation.
• Lead project delivery, coordinating timelines, milestones and cross‑functional teams.
• Gather and communicate customer feedback to product and engineering teams.

Required profile

• Proven experience as a Customer Success Manager, Account Manager or customer‑facing Project Manager in a B2B software environment.
• Engineer’s degree in Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture and solid understanding of the shipping industry.
• Track record of coordinating multi‑disciplinary engineering teams and delivering complex technical projects.
• Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects in a fast‑paced, fluid environment.

Required skills

• Marine Engineering or Naval Architecture knowledge.
• Understanding of AI‑driven optimisation platforms and data configuration.
