Performance Marketing Executive

About the role

Mindshare is looking for a Performance Marketing Executive to join its award‑winning team. You will work on one of the market’s largest advertisers, shaping and executing their digital performance strategy to meet business objectives.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, set up, launch and manage digital campaigns across Google Ads, Meta and TikTok platforms.
• Handle budget allocation, monitor performance KPIs and optimise campaigns for maximum ROI.
• Prepare and deliver regular reports, using Google Data Studio, and present insights to clients.
• Conduct live client meetings and ensure best‑practice, innovative approaches throughout the project lifecycle.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of hands‑on experience with Google Ads, preferably for performance or e‑commerce clients.
• At least 1 year of experience with Meta and TikTok advertising products.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Marketing, Economics or a related field.
• Strong command of English, both written and spoken.
