Performance Marketing Executive – Athens

About the role

We are looking for a data‑driven Performance Marketing Executive to join our fast‑growing team in Athens. You will plan, execute and optimise performance‑based campaigns that drive measurable actions and support our business goals.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse, develop and execute performance marketing strategies to meet predefined objectives.
• Conduct audience research and segmentation to target the right demographics, interests and behaviours.
• Prepare comprehensive reports and performance summaries for stakeholders.
• Continuously monitor, analyse data and adjust campaigns to maximise KPIs and ROI.
• Stay up‑to‑date with industry trends, emerging technologies and best practices.
• Perform competitor analysis to inform strategic decisions.
• Collaborate with internal and external partners to ensure successful campaign execution.

Required profile

• BSc/MSc in Mathematics, Statistics, Marketing or a related field.
• Minimum 3 years of experience in performance or digital marketing.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and make data‑driven decisions.
• Self‑motivated, results‑oriented and able to manage multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills in English.
