Digital Performance Marketing Specialist

About the role

ZEUS Hotels & Resorts is seeking a Digital Performance Marketing Specialist to drive paid‑media growth across its hotel portfolio. You will work closely with Marketing, Revenue Management and E‑commerce teams to increase brand visibility, direct bookings and digital revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, launch and optimise paid campaigns on Google Ads, Meta Ads, TikTok Ads and other platforms, including Search, Performance Max, Display, YouTube, remarketing and paid social.
• Monitor core metrics such as ROAS, CPA, CPC, CTR, conversion rate and cost per booking, and implement continuous improvements.
• Allocate budgets, set performance priorities and align digital spend with commercial objectives across multiple properties and markets.
• Develop audience targeting, segmentation, remarketing strategies and conduct A/B testing on creatives and landing pages.
• Ensure accurate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels and related technologies.
• Analyse campaign and market data, produce insights and recommendations for internal stakeholders.
• Collaborate with Revenue Management and E‑commerce to synchronize digital investment with demand patterns.

Required profile

• 3‑5 years of professional experience in digital marketing, paid media or performance marketing.
• Hands‑on experience with Google Ads and Meta Ads; exposure to TikTok Ads or other paid‑social platforms.
• Strong knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager and conversion tracking.
• Understanding of performance‑marketing metrics, customer journeys and attribution.
