About the role
The Secret Society is building its Greek operations from the ground up and needs a People Lead / HR Manager to design and run the hiring function. Based in Thessaloniki, you will own the end‑to‑end recruitment process and help shape the company culture as we expand.
Key responsibilities
- Design and launch a scalable hiring engine for priority roles, maintaining a live candidate pipeline.
- Develop relationships with universities, founders, recruiters and community groups across Greece.
- Create a memorable candidate experience from first contact through onboarding.
- Support the development of TSS Greece’s culture and act as a bridge to the Dubai headquarters.
Required profile
- Deep knowledge of the Greek talent market and an established professional network.
- Strong instinct for assessing talent, character and energy quickly.
- Warm, proactive communication style and comfort making outreach calls.
- Structured mindset to build recruitment processes and entrepreneurial drive to start from zero.
