Oral Healthcare Supply and Demand Planner

About the role

As an Oral Healthcare Supply and Demand Planner at Haleon, you will manage the in‑market supply and demand planning process for the Oral Health portfolio across Central and Eastern Europe, primarily focusing on Greece. You will act as the main supply chain liaison, ensuring product availability while maintaining healthy inventory levels.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor in‑market supply, review constraints and minimise service loss.
• Lead communication with Commercial Teams and Customer Service on supply issues.
• Report OTIF inputs and support senior management in SCIM preparation.
• Coordinate execution of supply priorities with the Supply Hub, Quality Team, logistics partners and 3PL providers to avoid stock‑outs.
• Manage product life‑cycle events, including NPI introductions and pack changes, ensuring no impact on OTIF.
• Oversee SKU phase‑in and phase‑out processes to mitigate write‑off risk.
