Operations AI Engineer – AI-driven Supply Chain & Logistics

About the role

We are looking for an Operations AI Engineer to join PwC’s Strategic Analytics & Operations practice in Athens. You will help design and deploy AI‑driven solutions that optimise supply‑chain, logistics and broader operational networks for leading Greek organisations.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and train machine‑learning models for supply‑chain and logistics optimisation.
• Build and deploy predictive analytics and automated decision‑support tools for large‑scale operational networks.
• Create multi‑agent systems that monitor, reason and recommend actions with minimal human intervention.
• Leverage vibe‑coding and AI‑assisted development environments (e.g., Cursor, Claude, GitHub Copilot) to accelerate prototyping.
• Translate complex operational challenges into scalable, AI‑powered solutions.
• Collaborate with consultants, data engineers and client stakeholders across projects.
• Present analytical findings and recommendations to senior client leadership.

Required profile

• Degree in Computer Science, Data Science, Engineering or Mathematics.
• 1‑3 years of experience in AI/ML engineering or advanced analytics.
• Strong proficiency in Python, SQL and major ML frameworks.
• Familiarity with agentic AI frameworks such as LangChain, AutoGen or CrewAI.
• Hands‑on experience with vibe‑coding tools (Cursor, Claude, etc.).
• Excellent communication skills in Greek and English.
