Occupational Health Nurse

About the role

The Occupational Health Nurse provides direct health care to employees and works to protect their physical and mental wellbeing in the workplace. Working alongside an occupational doctor and other safety professionals, the nurse helps create a healthier, safer work environment.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct health assessments, screenings, and vaccinations for staff.
• Provide first‑aid and emergency care, including BLS/AED response.
• Promote health and safety initiatives and monitor workplace hazards.
• Maintain accurate medical records and manage employee health data.
• Coordinate with occupational doctors, safety officers, and management on health‑related matters.
• Handle email communications and administrative tasks related to occupational health.

Required profile

• Current BLS/AED certification.
• Experience in occupational health or Accident & Emergency settings.
• Strong administrative and organisational abilities, able to multitask.
• Capability to work independently without direct supervision.
• Fluent in Greek and English.
• Comfortable working with a diverse employee population of varying ages and roles.

Required skills

• BLS/AED certification.
• Proficiency with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Email management.
